Delivery times

What we sell is a service, so nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

• Transfer instructions: e-mailed within 1 business day of payment.
• Transfer completed: within 3 business days of payment.
• Working days: Monday to Friday. Orders paid at the weekend start on the next business day.
• Delivery charge: none. Delivery is entirely digital.
• Territory: we serve customers worldwide. Prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR).

How the delivery happens

1. You pay. The listing is reserved for your order.
2. Within 1 business day of payment we e-mail your step by step instructions and agree a transfer window.
3. During that window the name is released and set on your account. The transfer is completed within 3 business days of payment.
4. You reply to confirm the name is live, which closes the order.

If delivery fails

If the username cannot be delivered to your account, the order is refunded in full, within 5 to 7 business days. See our refund policy.
