1. Who we are

These terms govern every order placed on shopyourhandle.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. What is sold

ShopYourHandle sells a username transfer service for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Snapchat, Twitter/X and Discord. The service consists of the coordination, the timed release of a listed username and the assistance needed to set it on the account you designate. No account, follower, engagement or other platform property is sold, and no login credential is ever requested.

A username is not property that can be owned indefinitely. Each platform keeps its own rules on usernames and may change them. Our commitment is to deliver the name onto your account within the stated time, and to refund you in full if we cannot.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), per listing, taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price displayed on the product page is the price charged at checkout. We apply no promotional pricing, no discount codes and no bundle offers.

4. Orders and payment

An order is formed when payment is confirmed. By card through Shopify Payments for any listing up to €99,98, and in crypto (ETH or USDC on Ethereum, SOL or USDC on Solana, or XMR on Monero) for any listing. Listings above €99,98 are settled in crypto only, which is stated on the listing itself. The price is the same either way. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund it in full if the listing is no longer available.

5. Delivery

What we sell is a service, so nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

  • Transfer instructions: e-mailed within 1 business day of payment.
  • Transfer completed: within 3 business days of payment.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday. Orders paid at the weekend start on the next business day.
  • Delivery charge: none. Delivery is entirely digital.
  • Territory: we serve customers worldwide. Prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR).

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from your order, without giving a reason. Write to contact@shopyourhandle.com with your order number.

Because we sell a service, one legal rule applies and we state it plainly: if you expressly ask us to begin the transfer inside the 14 day period and the transfer is then fully performed, your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. Until the transfer has started you can withdraw and be refunded in full.

If we cannot deliver

If the username cannot be delivered to your account, for any reason, the order is refunded in full. You do not have to ask for it and no fee is deducted.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days of us accepting the refund.

Nothing to send back

There is no physical item and therefore no return to make and no return cost for you to pay.

7. Your obligations

You confirm that the account you designate is yours and that you are entitled to change its username. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the platform concerned.

8. Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Send any complaint to contact@shopyourhandle.com. We answer within 1 business day. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
