How it works
From reserving a name to using it, in five steps.

Reserve the username
Browse the catalogue and add the name you want to your cart. Each listing states the app the name belongs to and how it is written there.

Check out and pay
Pay by card through Shopify Payments, or in crypto. Once your payment is confirmed the listing is reserved for your order and taken off sale.

Receive your instructions by e-mail
Within 1 business day you receive a step by step transfer guide and we agree a transfer window with you. All we need is the account the name should end up on.

Claim the name during the window
At the agreed time the current holder releases the name and you set it as your username, following the emailed steps or with us on a call. The transfer is completed within 3 business days of payment, Monday to Friday.

Confirm and you are done
You reply to confirm the name is live on your account, which closes the order. If it cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full.

Do you ever ask for my password?+
Never. We coordinate the timing of the release and guide you through the steps. We never ask for your login details and you keep control of your account throughout.
How does the transfer actually happen?+
After payment you receive an e-mail with the exact steps. At the agreed time the current holder renames their account, which frees the name; you then set it as your username, on your own or with us on a call.
How long does it take?+
Instructions arrive within 1 business day of payment and the transfer is completed within 3 business days of payment. We work Monday to Friday.
What do I need to provide?+
Only the account the name should end up on. Never your password: we will never ask for it.
What am I actually paying for?+
The coordination and the timed release of a name, plus the assistance that gets it onto your account. You are not buying an account, followers or any other property belonging to a platform.
Is the name guaranteed to stay mine?+
A username is not property that anyone can own for good: each platform keeps its own rules on usernames and can change them. What we commit to is delivering the name onto your account, and refunding you in full if we cannot.
What if the transfer cannot be completed?+
You are refunded in full, to the original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days of us confirming the order cannot be completed.
