Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from your order, without giving a reason. Write to contact@shopyourhandle.com with your order number.

Because we sell a service, one legal rule applies and we state it plainly: if you expressly ask us to begin the transfer inside the 14 day period and the transfer is then fully performed, your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. Until the transfer has started you can withdraw and be refunded in full.

If we cannot deliver

If the username cannot be delivered to your account, for any reason, the order is refunded in full. You do not have to ask for it and no fee is deducted.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days of us accepting the refund.

Nothing to send back

There is no physical item and therefore no return to make and no return cost for you to pay.
